He arrived on time, and even offered to fix another part of the bumper that we hadn't originally planned on having done, for a very reasonable price. Just a quick note to say I am very impressed with both the level of service and the quality of workmanship at BumperMedic. My Lexus has been sideswiped whote parked on the steet - the damage went from end to end. When I grought it into a body shop, they estimated the repair cost to be over $2000 and five days in the shop! That's when I called BumperMedic. One of your technicians came out to my office the next day and did the repair work right there in the parking lot. In about two hours my Lexus looked new again! Best of all, I didn't lose an hour's worth of work time. How that's what I call service! Keep up the great work!
